Cream cheeses are cheeses that either do not need to mature at all or
only for a very short time. They are immediately ready for consumption. Every kilo
of Mila fresh cheese from Italy is made with three litres of our finest milk
from our mountain farms in South Tyrol. This means that it contains all of the
essential nutrients found in milk, such as calcium, casein, vitamins and trace elements,
in a concentrated form. The fact that the milk fat is broken down during the
production process also makes it extremely easy to digest.
