Our diverse, lactose free product range is ideal for people with a lactose intolerance (< 0.01 g lactose / 100 g) and for all those who prefer tasty, easily-digestible dairy products.
We add the lactase enzyme to the milk to make our products lactose-free; the enzyme splits up milk sugar into galactose and glucose. This explains why the milk has a slightly sweet taste to it.
Almost all of our ripened cheese varieties are naturally lactose-free, with a lactose content of < 0.1 g lactose per 100 g.
