Cooperative

As a large family of 2,200 mountain farmers and 470 employees it‘s our mission to uphold the South Tyrolean dairy industry and produce high-quality products.

Philosophy

Community is everything

Mila belongs to the farmers. They are suppliers and owners of the cooperative Latte Montagna Alto Adige. Together with our employees, which act as ambassadors and partners, sharing our values, we secure their income.

Sticking together

Our farmers are our competitive asset – they deliver daily valuable raw materials, the South Tyrolean mountain-farmed milk, which we refine to high-quality products in no time at all. Our clients and consumers trust that we will produce quality and tasty products. Our employees are our capital. A respectful manner, personal development, and an HR policy that is family- and life-cycle-oriented are issues close to our hearts.
