Mila SKYR is a dairy speciality made of 100% South Tyrolean hay milk, whose original recipe stems from Iceland. The protein-rich and low-fat product is especially preferred by health-conscious and active individuals. The Mila SKYR fruit varieties are usually spooned straight from the cup, and enjoyed for breakfast or as a snack. The Natural variety tastes best if combined with fruits, muesli, honey, nuts, dried fruits. There are however many other ways to use SKYR in the kitchen – for example in salads, as a dip or as an addition to sweet and savory dishes.
