Creamy chicken salad with SKYR



preparation time: 20 minutes

for 4 persons

  • 4 slices of chicken breast
  • 150 g SKYR Natural
  • 1 tablespoon cucumber water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 pickles
  • walnuts
  • cranberries, dried 


Heat a pan and sauté the chicken breast on both sides.

In a bowl put the SKYR, and stir together adding a tablespoon of cucumber water, olive oil, horseradish, salt and pepper.

Arrange the grilled and sliced chicken breast with the SKYR cream and sprinkle with chopped pickles, walnuts and dried cranberries.
