Smoothie bowl with fruit and grain flakes

Ingredients

for 1 portion

  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 150 g SKYR Natural
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons grain flakes, puffed 
  • blueberries
  • pomegranate seeds
  • almonds, sliced

Preparation

Cut open the mango and banana and place for at least 2 hours in the freezer.

Purée the frozen fruit, SKYR Natural and the honey with a mixer.

Then place the smoothie in a bowl and add the fresh fruit, flakes and sliced almonds.
