Plum overnight oats



for 2 portions

  • 10 tablespoons oats
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g plums, pitted 
  • 150 g SKYR Natural
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup


Cut the plums into small pieces and set a few aside as toppings.

Mix the rest of the plums with the oats, the milk and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup and layer in two glasses.

Mix the SKYR with the chia seeds and 1 tablespoon agave syrup and place on top of the oats.

Decorate with the rest of the plums, chill and enjoy the next morning.
