Whole-wheat pasta with SKYR and smoked salmon



preparation time: 20 minutes

for 4 persons

  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 150 g SKYR Natural
  • 400 g whole-wheat noodles
  • 200 g smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
  • dill
  • salt
  • pepper


Slice onion and sauté in oil in a non-stick pan. Brown lightly on a low heat. Take the roasted onions out of the pan and mix with the SKYR.

Cook the whole-wheat pasta in a large pot of salted water.

Put the SKYR-onion mixture back in the pan and add the smoked salmon.

Drain the noodles and mix with the SKYR-onion cream. Season with fresh dill, salt and pepper.
