Smoothie bowl with strawberries and SKYR



for 1 bowl

  • 1 banana
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 150 g SKYR Natural
  • 100 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon browntop millet 

in addition

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon spelt flakes
  • strawberries


Peal the banana and cut it in half. Wash the strawberries and remove the stem together with the leaves. Put the strawberries in a mixer together with the banana.

Add SKYR Natural and milk and sweeten it with the agave syrup.

Add the browntop millet and purée for a few seconds.

Then place everything in a bowl and decorate it with a handful of strawberries, the chia seeds and the spelt flakes.
