SKYR ice cream with kiwi and lemon

Ingredients

for 4 ice creams

  • 300 g SKYR Natural
  • 2 kiwis, ripe 
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup (or honey)

Preparation

Peel the kiwis and cut into pieces.

Mix the pulp with a tablespoon of SKYR Natural.

Stir everything and add the agave syrup.

Divide the mixture into 4 ice cream molds and fill up molds with kiwi juice.

Add the wooden stick and freeze the ice creams overnight before eating.

Store the ice creams in the freezer.
