"Power bites" with SKYR

Ingredients

for 18 balls

  • 150 g SKYR Natural
  • 120 g peanut or almond butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 180 g oats
  • 30 g dates, chopped 
  • 50 g raisins
  • 30 g coconut, grated

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients with help of a kneading machine.

Shape small balls from the mixture and put them for at least one hour in the refrigerator before eating.

Store in the fridge.
