Separate the egg yolk from the egg white, then whip the egg white with a pinch of salt to foam.
Beat the egg yolk with the brown sugar, then using a whisk add in the SKYR, the whole spelt flour, baking powder, oats, milk, vanilla seeds and cinnamon powder.
Carefully fold the egg white foam under this mixture.
Heat a piece of butter in a large non-stick pan. Add the dough, cover and let it cook a minute or so. When the bottom part of the "Kaiserschmarrn" is cooked, use two spatulas to divide and turn over. Let it cook on the other side and then coarsely break up the "Kaiserschmarrn" with the spatulas. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and blend in.
Serve the "Kaiserschmarrn" hot with fresh fruit and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
