Amaretto slices with SKYR



for 18 slices

  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g SKYR Natural
  • 110 g sugar
  • 90 g marzipan
  • 1 tablespoon coffee, espresso
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 hint of salt
  • 150 g plain flour, type 00
  • 1 teaspoon coffee powder
  • 8 Amaretti


Blend eggs, SKYR, sugar, marzipan, coffee, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt with a mixer or in a food processor until a uniform dough is formed.

Incorporate the flour, coffee powder and crumbled Amaretti.

Pour the dough into a paper-lined 23x23 cm cake mold.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 35 minutes.

Let the cake cool completely and then cut into triangular pieces.
