Smoothie bowl with plums and cinnamon

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 1/2 cup yield oats flakes
  • 3 dates, pitted 
  • 1 banana
  • 6 or 7 fresh plums
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon browntop millet
  • 150 g SKYR Natural

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients well.

Pour into a bowl, decorate as desired and enjoy.
