Devoted to her work

Although she has only just turned twenty, she has learnt what farming means from her parents’ farm in Trumsberg: lots of hard work, very little free time, but a great deal of satisfaction when it comes to reaping the rewards of the work that is done.

Niedermairhof farm in Trumsberg / Kastelbell

Niedermairhof farm was first documented in the 13th century. However, the yields were low on the arid Sonnenberg. During the period of 1929-1935 alone the farm was sold five times until eventually it was acquired by the Kaserer family. Niedermairhof farm includes six hectares of cultivated fields, Tyrolean Grey cattle, pigs, sheep, rabbits, hens and peacocks. In addition to keeping livestock and pursuing dairy farming, the family secures its existence by running a farm inn and selling its agricultural products in a farm shop.

And yes, we do actually exist!
We are very special people!
