Born in 1983, this South Tyrolean is a passionate traveller and cook. She inherited her love of cooking from her mother, with whom she spent a lot of time in the kitchen as a child.
The continuous search for new recipes and ingredients combinations led her to open her cooking blog ‚"PassioneCooking" in 2015. Since then there are over 1,000 recipes online there, from typical South Tyrolean to recipes from all over the globe, which she likes to copy with local products. Her own cookbook "Passione Cooking ...in cucina con Julia" is now on the market as well.
