Yogurt pancakes



for about 12 pancakes

for the dough

  • 200 g whole milk natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 ml milk
  • 210 g plain flour, type 00
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 trace of salt

in addition

  • butter
  • maple syrup



Whisk together yogurt, brown sugar, eggs and milk in a bowl.

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.

Sift the flour mix and then whisk quickly into the liquid ingredients in three parts.

Heat a non-stick pan with some butter and pour a large spoonful of the dough in for each pancake. The form should be as round as possible with a diameter of about 8 cm. After about one minute, or as soon as the base is cooked, turn over, place onto a plate and then serve with maple syrup.
