Overnight oats with chocolate and banana



preparation time: 2 minutes

for 2 servings

  • 1 banana
  • 8 dates
  • 300 ml milk
  • 40 g almonds, peeled 
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon browntop millet
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 60 g oat flakes

in addition

  • 1 tablespoon almonds, sliced 
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate, grated 


Peel the banana and cut in half.

Pit the dates, put them in a mixer together with the banana and the remaining ingredients.

Purée for a few seconds.

Pour into two glasses and decorate with the sliced almonds and the grated dark chocolate.
