This cheese variety has been on the market since 1974, and convinces with its smooth, elegant consistency and its pleasantly mild-aromatic taste. The dark-yellow to light-red rind is characteristic for the "Pusteria", as is its yellow-white dough with pea-sized holes.
The cheese is naturally lactose free (<0.1 g lactose / 100 g) due to the typically production process. The cheese containes galactose.
