Pumpkin Granola



  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 150 g pumpkin, cooked and mashed
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 40 g hazelnut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 100 g almonds, hazelnuts and sultanas
  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • lactose-free hay milk, as needed


In a bowl, mix the oatmeal with pumpkin puree, honey, oil, hazelnut butter, cinnamon, cardamom and dried fruit. Spread the mixture well on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally and make sure nothing burns. Wait 5 minutes and then add the chocolate flakes.

Then mix the granola with milk and enjoy.
