Protein shake with yogurt and blueberries

difficulty: easy

for 1 protein shake

  • 80 g blueberries
  • 80 g strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 200 g natural My High Protein Yogur

in addition

  • natural My High Protein Yogurt
  • blueberries, raspberries, strawberries




Wash blueberries and strawberries. Cut the strawberries into pieces.

Put the fruit in a mixer together with maple syrup, protein yogurt and chia seeds and purée.

Pour the protein shake into a glass. According to taste, decorate with protein yogurt and berries and serve. 

For a thicker shake, mix in a few ice cubes or leave the shake to soak in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes after preparation.

For a more liquid shake, add some water or milk.
