Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease the baking tray with butter and dust with flour.
Cream the softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in the egg whites.
Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt using a wooden spoon until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe elongated or round shapes onto the greased and floured baking tray. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Dip the tips into melted chocolate, place on baking paper, and allow to dry.
