Lactose-free milk cake



for 1 cake (Ø dish: 20-22 cm)

  • 170 g flour
  • 120 ml hay milk, lactose-free
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1/2 package dry yeast for desserts
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 ml seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the oil and stir. Add the sifted flour, the hot milk that has just come to the boil, the vanilla and finally the yeast.

Pour the batter into the oiled and floured cake tin. Bake in the oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
