- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 250 ml hay milk whole milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 knob butter
- to taste Multi-flower honey
- to taste Fresh berries
for 4 persons
Place the flour, sugar, hay milk whole milk, sifted baking powder, vanilla extract, and egg in a bowl.
Whisk until smooth and free of lumps.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and wipe away any excess. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook for a few more moments.
Repeat until all the batter is used. Serve with fresh berries and honey.
