KEFIR
Mila SKYR is a dairy speciality made of 100% South Tyrolean milk, whose original recipe stems from Iceland. The protein-rich and low-fat product is especially preferred by health-conscious and active individuals. The Mila SKYR fruit varieties are usually spooned straight from the cup, and enjoyed for breakfast or as a snack. The Natural variety tastes best if combined with fruits, muesli, honey, nuts, dried fruits. There are however many other ways to use SKYR in the kitchen – for example in salads, as a dip or as an addition to sweet and savory dishes.

Our mountain fresh milk originates where the pastures are steep and nature determines the daily rhythm. The 2,100 Mila farmers passionately run their businesses on farms which are mostly over 1,000 meters above sea level.
