Hannes, our mechatronics engineer

Hannes has his hands full with the technology and maintenance! There’s everything from automatization and connectivity across various optimization steps, to installation, repairs and servicing of single machines. He’s never bored. "My work day is full of variety and challenges; my job sounds easy but that’s not always the case.

I make sure everything is working, every single machine," he says. "Mila is constantly trying to keep up with the newest technology. This gives me and the entire team the opportunity to learn so many new things and expand our know-how." Hannes continues to further educate himself through different training centers and fairs, so he can implement the newly-learnt information in the facility.
