The hard cheese "Gran Spicchio" is ideal to refine various dishes. Its wrapped in a strong, rustic rind. The cheese paste is an intensive yellow and has no holes. The consistency on the palate is firm, short and crumbly which is why the "Gran Spicchio" is ideal as a grated cheese. Its aroma and taste is intense and complex, with milky, toasted notes that linger on the palate.
