Hard cheese Gran Spicchio
The Gran Spicchio is a hard cheese from South Tyrol and is ideal for refining dishes. This cheese is enclosed in a solid, rustic rind. The inside of the cheese is an intense yellow without the presence of holes. Its consistency in the mouth is hard and crumbly, making the Gran Spicchio an ideal grated cheese. The aroma and flavour of the cheese are intense and complex with milky, toasted, long-lasting notes. This cheese has also a long finish, while the complex flavour notes are long perserved on the palate.
