For one kilogram of Mila fresh cheese three litres of our finest milk from our alpine farms in South Tyrol are used. This means that it contains all the essential nutrients found in milk, such as calcium, casein, vitamins and trace elements, in a concentrated form. The fact that the milk fat is broken down during the production process also makes it extremely easy to digest.

Our fresh cheese can be used to enhance the flavour of numerous dishes and as a base for a wide variety of desserts – or simply enjoyed spread thickly on crusty bread.
