The Schlanderser light is a cheese with a lower fat content,
exclusively through the use of fresh pasteurized milk from the mountain
farms of South Tyrol. This cheese is enclosed in a firm and slightly rough rind. The inside of the cheese is pale to straw
yellow, containing many rounded holes. Its consistency in the mouth is smooth and elastic. Aroma and taste of the cheese are pleasantly fresh and slightly spicy.
