Mediterranean grilling cheese from the oven



Preparation time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 25 minutes
Difficulty: easy

For 4 persons

  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary
  • 4 slices of "Grilling cheese”
  • 15 cocktail tomatoes
  • basil
  • salt
  • pepper


Preheat oven to 200°C and Place baking paper on the cookie sheet.

Wash and clean the eggplant, zucchini and bell pepper. Then cube and put in a bowl. Peel and finely chop the garlic, add to the vegetables along with the olive oil, rosemary, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

Spread vegetables on baking sheet and place in oven for about 12 minutes, stirring once after 6 minutes.

Remove sheet from oven and set vegetables aside. Spread the 4 slices of "Grilling cheese" on the sheet and divide the vegetables on each. Bake everything for another 8-10 minutes. In the meantime, wash and halve the cocktail tomatoes.

Remove cheese from the oven, spread tomatoes and basil on top and serve immediately.
