Made of 100% South Tyrolean mountain milk, the “Grilling cheese” is easy to prepare and purely vegetarian. When grilled, pan-fried or baked in the oven, it forms a crispy crust with a tenderly melted heart and delicate roasted aromas – a true delight for the palate. Uncooked, the “Grilling cheese’s” mild taste refines salads and is the ideal pairing for the traditional South Tyrolean snack, the “Marende”.
