Semi hard cheese Timmelser goat cheese

The "Timmelser Goasskaas" is a cheese produced with best South Tyrolean goat milk. For an even more intense sensory experience the rind gets sophisticated with hay. The inside of the cheese is closed, without holes, nevertheless it stays soft and elastic. The mild and harmonic taste and a hay fragrance are characteristic for this cheese.
