Semi hard cheese Ortler

The Ortler hard cheese is named after the highest mountain in South Tyrol and the Eastern Alps: the majestic Ortler. This mild hard cheese has an irregular shape and a firm consistency that easily crumbles. Ortler, like all cheeses sold by Mila, is made from natural fresh milk from South Tyrol.
