Semi hard cheese Vinschger

The Vinschger is a cheese made from the milk from mountain farms in the Vinschgau Valley. The straw-coloured rind is one of the main features of the Vinschger. The cheese has a pale yellow texture with irregular, pea-sized eyes and a smooth consistency. The taste of the Vinschger wins people over with its fruity notes.
