Semi hard cheese Pustertaler

The Pustertaler is made from fresh cow milk produced by the mountain farms of the Pustertal Valley. The characteristic features of this cheese are its dark yellow to slightly reddish rind and its yellowish-white interior with pea-sized holes. The Pustertaler convinces with its smooth, elegant consistency and his pleasant taste.
