Semi hard cheese Psairer goat cheese

The tasty and spicy Psairer cheese by Mila is a high-quality natural product made from goat’s milk produced by South Tyrolean mountain farms. It goes without saying that it is GMO-free. The Psairer goat cheese, along with all of the other goat’s milk products by Mila, represents a healthy and interesting alternative to cow’s milk. Goat’s milk, whose flavour is greatly affected by the feed, the current season, the proportion of herbs, grass and clover in the feed and not at all by the mood of the animal, has a delicate, bittersweet flavour with a milky taste that features notes of capric acid. The South Tyrolean mountain goat’s milk cooperative has 27 member farmers with a total of around 800 goats. One goat produces between 2 to 4 litres of milk per day.
