Mila’s plants in Bolzano and Brunico maintain the strictest level of modern international food standards. During yoghurt bottling, Mila rigorously follows clean room principles. This ensures that Mila yoghurt will remain free from contamination by harmful germs. Production areas for cheese are accessible only by passing through a hygiene lock. In addition, all packaging areas are kept stringently separate from production areas.
