Original specialty cheese from South Tyrol
Mila Vinschger Cheese is a table cheese made with natural milk fresh from mountain dairy farms in the Venosta Valley – a
wide, sunny valley in the western part of South Tyrol. Time-honoured cheesemaking traditions of
the alpine pasture farming communities in the Venosta Valley are the basis for its production. An aromatic, mild spiciness characterise its flavour and aroma.
Mila Vinschger Cheese is immediately recognizable by its
yellowish rind. This
firm, smooth cheese has a light yellow paste with irregular, pea-sized eyes.
