Mila Schlanderser Halbfett – with a maximum of 35% FDM (milkfat in dry matter) – has
reduced milkfat content yet retains a
strong, well-rounded flavour. The exclusive use of fresh pasteurised milk direct from
alpine dairy farms in the Venosta Valley give this cheese its flavour.
After meticulous care over the course of about 60 days of ripening, Mila Schlanderser Halbfett develops its characteristic firm consistency,
pleasantly tangy taste and
mildly spicy aroma.
