A practical table cheese for every occasion

Mila Pragser Stange is an aromatic table cheese with a dark yellow rind that is made out of premium farmer’s milk fresh from alpine dairies in South Tyrol. Due to its special bar shape, it is particularly convenient for cutting individual portions.

A mild production process and a minimum ripening period of 40 days give Mila Pragser Stange its spicy flavour and firm, bright yellow paste.
