Mila Goat Milk – a healthy, light alternative
Until recently, the goat carried with it a negative image as the quintessential working-class animal for working-class folks. Today, many people have rediscovered
goat’s milk as a viable
alternative to cow’s milk. The biggest difference between the two types of milk is the nature of the fats contained in it. In goat’s milk, the milkfat has a relatively weak binding; as a result, the digestion process breaks it down more easily. This is the reason for goat’s milk
better digestibility – a particularly important factor in the diet of children and
seniors. In addition, goat’s milk is an outstanding source of
amino acids, minerals and
vitamins. It also has an exceptionally high content of
polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Mila Goat Milk, which has a production process that is of course free from genetically manipulated fodder, is available in a 500 ml Tetra pack in the refrigerated section.
