Welcome to Mila's Milk Road!
Day by day, 350.000 litres of milk are being processed by our cooperation's plants in the heart of South Tyrol . This adds up to 4,124.000 Mila products a week: Yoghurt, cheese, milk, butter, cream cheese, buttermilk and cream.
Here you have the chance of getting to know the whole production process - from the alpine pastures and mountains meadows all the way to the shelf.

In addition to its classic dairy products made from fresh cow’s milk, Mila makes a small assortment of fine specialties made from goat’s milk.
The goat’s milk is derived from just 16 of Mila’s 3,500 member dairies.
Mila maintains the strictest of hygiene standards and the highest quality controls during the production chain: from fodder through delivery and throughout processing.
The aromatic, easily digestible fresh goat’s milk has a fat content of about 3.2%, and is available in containers of 500 ml.
Mila Whole Goat Milk Yoghurt is available in a 200g container in three different flavours.
The young, firm Pseirer Goat Cheese has a delicate yet tangy aroma, and is available at the deli counter.
