Welcome to Mila's Milk Road!
Day by day, 350.000 litres of milk are being processed by our cooperation's plants in the heart of South Tyrol . This adds up to 4,124.000 Mila products a week: Yoghurt, cheese, milk, butter, cream cheese, buttermilk and cream.
Here you have the chance of getting to know the whole production process - from the alpine pastures and mountains meadows all the way to the shelf.

In order to ensure that the milk is still extremely fresh when it reaches the consumer, the raw milk is processed immediately into fresh milk upon receipt and packaged without delay.
After pasteurisation and bottling in a virtually sterile environment, it will have a shelf life of at least 7 days – if kept at a temperature of 4º C.
Immediate processing with strictly controlled hygienic conditions guarantees the full flavour and satisfaction of fresh milk direct from South Tyrol’s alpine dairies.
In addition to fresh milk packaged in cartons, Mila also offers the environmentally friendly options of glass bottles or 100% recyclable PET bottles, available in a one- litre size.
