Welcome to Mila's Milk Road!
Day by day, 350.000 litres of milk are being processed by our cooperation's plants in the heart of South Tyrol . This adds up to 4,124.000 Mila products a week: Yoghurt, cheese, milk, butter, cream cheese, buttermilk and cream.
Here you have the chance of getting to know the whole production process - from the alpine pastures and mountains meadows all the way to the shelf.

Mascarpone is made in the Brunico plant with a combination of 70% South Tyrolean cream and 30% South Tyrolean milk and cream that has been evaporated.
This rich, creamy specialty cheese is made by carefully adding natural lactic acid to the mixture.
Unlike other types of fresh cheeses, mascarpone contains no salt.
Meticulous preparation – without the use of any preservatives whatsoever – guarantees a pure, premium dairy product.
Mila Mascarpone is available in resealable cups in a variety of sizes.
