Milkon South Tyrol – in its present form, which was founded in 1997 – is a parent dairy cooperative comprising
three primary cooperative subsidiaries: Mila Cooperative and Agricultural Company, Bruneck Dairy Cooperative and Agricultural Company (Senni), and South Tyrol Cooperative for Mountain Goat's Milk and Agricultural Company.
