Milkon South Tyrol – in its present form, which was founded in 1997 – is a parent dairy cooperative comprising three primary cooperative subsidiaries: Mila Cooperative and Agricultural Company, Bruneck Dairy Cooperative and Agricultural Company (Senni), and South Tyrol Cooperative for Mountain Goat's Milk and Agricultural Company. In addition, Milkon holds direct or indirect shares in the following businesses:
